Galvanized grating plate is a kind of metal plate which is arranged by flat steel and cross bar in accordance with certain spacing and has been galvanized.
Structurally, it is mainly composed of bearing flat steel and cross bars. Bearing flat steel is generally a wide flat steel, bearing the main weight and pressure, its specifications are diverse, can meet different bearing requirements. The cross bar is used to fix the flat steel, so that the entire grid plate structure is stable.
Galvanizing is an important surface treatment process, which is usually hot-dip galvanizing. In the hot-dip galvanizing process, the grid plate is immersed in a molten zinc solution, and the zinc reacts with the steel surface to form a zinc layer. This layer of zinc can effectively prevent the grating rust, greatly improve its corrosion resistance, so that it can be used for a long time in harsh outdoor environment, humid industrial environment or places with chemical corrosion.
